Tortes are available in the following sizes: 8", 9", 10", 12" and 14".
10" sizes come in single or double layer.

Standard Flavors include yellow, chocolate, marble, combination yellow/chocolate and white.
Special Flavors available at an extra charge include banana, carrot, anglefood, sugarfree and red velvet.
Fillings are availble in two categories.
Choice #1: Lemon, rasberry, apricot, pineapple, custard, chocolate custard.
Butter cream fillings in vanilla, chocolate, rum, kahlua and mint.
Choice #2: Strawberry, blueberry, cherry, banana, canoli, fudge, plain and chocolate whip cream, strawberry preserve. Rasberry, strawberry, chocolate and white chocolate mousse.
